Location:

Monroe, LA

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Shift: 7 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds as needed.
• Comfortable working outdoors and around equipment cleaning operations.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record preferred for equipment transportation duties.
• Steel-toe shoes required.

• Inspect returned equipment for damage, operating hours, mileage, and fuel levels.
• Clean equipment using pressure-washing equipment to remove paint, grease, tar, rust, and dirt.
• Verify all equipment has required safety decals and markings.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Load and unload trailers and equipment as needed.
• Prepare equipment for rental by ensuring cleanliness and readiness.
• Demonstrate equipment operation and features to customers.
• Drive company delivery vehicles to transport equipment for pickups and deliveries.
• Follow all company safety procedures and regulations.
• Complete additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
