Job Summary

Lead Logistics Specialist will organize the distribution of goods and supplies, ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery to the correct locations.

Salary: $29.00/Yr – $32.00/Yr.

• Strategically plan and coordinate material deliveries to job sites.
• Facilitate material orders to align with project schedules.
• Forecast material needs for projects.
• Track quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
• Resolve arising problems or complaints.
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and drive improvements.
• Handle other responsibilities as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED equivalency.
• Minimum 3 years of logistics experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, MS Project).
• Strong problem‑solving, critical‑thinking and communication skills (written and oral).
• Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications and quality requirements.
• Ability to travel within branch or regional territory as needed.
• Must meet company minimum driving standards.
• Self‑motivated, positive, professional, and capable of leading others.

Self‑motivated, positive, professional approach, able to lead others, promote company culture, and effectively read, write and give oral presentations.

This position may lead to a Logistics Manager role.
