Drive a consistent route from Monroe, Louisiana to Indianapolis, Indiana and back, completing two or more trips per week.

As an OTR (Over‑the‑Road) position, you will use a sleeper truck for extended travel and may be assigned local or OTR work by the dispatch department.

Earn $1,000 per trip with a flat rate for each completed trip.

• Drive the dedicated lane route between Monroe, Louisiana and Indianapolis, Indiana.
• Complete two or more trips per week.
• Use a sleeper truck for extended travel.
• Perform additional duties assigned by dispatch, including local or OTR work.

• Valid Class A CDL – Must hold a valid Manual Transmission Commercial Driver’s License with a Class A endorsement.
• Clean Driving Record – No major violations within the last 3 years.
• DOT Physical Exam – Must pass a Department of Transportation physical exam and maintain a valid DOT medical card registered with the state.
• Experience – At least 5 years of Class A driving experience (or equivalent training) preferred.
• Ability to Operate Different Equipment Types – Experience with flatbed, step deck, RGN, van, Conestoga, or over‑dimensional freight is a plus.
• No Serious Traffic Violations – No major traffic violations in the past 3-5 years.
• Drug Test – Must pass pre‑employment and random drug testing in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Physical Stamina – Able to lift, load, and secure freight up to 100 lbs and stand or sit for extended periods.
• Strong Communication Skills – Effective communication with dispatchers, customers, and team members.
• Moderate Technology Skills – Able to use company dispatch software.
• Smart Phone – Use and maintain a good working smartphone compatible with company software.
• Clean Background Check – Must pass a criminal background check.
• Flexibility – Willingness to work flexible hours as directed by dispatch.
• Safety-Conscious – Commitment to safety standards and regulations while on the road.
• Reliable and Punctual – Strong work ethic with a commitment to punctuality and dependability.
• Log and Documentation Maintenance – Must properly complete and maintain driver logs, inspection reports, and other required documentation.
