CDL A Drivers 90K to 112K Run 21 and Home 7 Days 100% No Touch (Full Time)
Type of Job: OTR Van
We are 100% no touch freight and 85% drop and hook. Drivers earn $90,000–$112,000 per year by running 21 days and being off for 9 days (2 travel days and 7 days at home). All freight is no touch.
Drivers average $1,650–$2,100 per week, paid $.65–$.70 CPM with an aggressive sign‑on bonus.
Drivers run 21 days then home for 9 days, with two of those being travel days. Drivers must park the truck at a terminal in Columbus, OH, Mansfield, PA, or Charlotte, NC. The company pays for transportation to and from the truck during home time. No one else runs the truck during home time; preventive maintenance is performed.
Routes include the Midwest, Mid‑Atlantic, Southeast, and Northeast. No deliveries in NY (including NYC).
All trucks are Freightliners, K‑W, or International, averaging 18 months old, and come with fridge, microwave, inverter, APU, flat screen TV, and XM radio.
Full benefits start after 60 days, including bonus, PTO, medical, dental, 401(k), and more. Our turnover rate is one of the lowest in the entire industry.
Qualifications- A minimum of 8 months OTR or Regional in the last 3 years, with at least 2 months running in winter (Dec, Jan, Feb).
- No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, no more than 2 in the last 12 months, and none can be serious.
- No DOT preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
- No more than 3 parking‑lot incidents in the last 2 years.
- No 15+ incidents in the last year, and none of the following in the last 3 years: cell phone usage; careless or reckless behavior; following too closely; improper passing; too fast for conditions.
- No more than 4 driving jobs in the last 12 months.
- May not have been terminated from any driving job for any reason in the last 12 months, and no more than 2 terminations in the last 3 years.
- No DUI ever in a CMV.
