CDL Driver

We are seeking a safety conscious CDL Driver to join our team in Monroe, LA. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a garbage truck on residential and/or commercial routes. The position is physically demanding and the requires the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Schedule:

* Monday - Friday, with occasional Saturdays

* Start time: 4:30 a.m.

* Workweek: 45-50 hours

* Typical workday: 10-12 hours

Compensation:

* Pay Range: $21 - 24 per hour, depending on experience.

* Comprehensive benefits package including family benefits, 401(k) with dollar-for-dollar match up to 5%, vacation, and year-round overtime

Requirements:

* Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License

* 2+ year of CDL driving experience

* 1+ year of roll off experience is a plus

* Strong customer service skills
