Recruiting Coordinator

We are looking for a dynamic Recruiting Coordinator to join our team at our Corporate Manufacturing Headquarters located in Monroe, MI. This is a full-time opportunity.

Key Responsibilities: (Other duties as assigned)

• Answer high volume of interested candidate inbound phone calls and texts.
• Reviewing and evaluating applications.
• Scheduling candidates for in person interviews.
• Ensure relevant data is entered into multiple recruiting systems in a prompt and accurate manner.
• High degree of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Skills needed, such as data entry, emailing, and scheduling.
• Great attention to detail.
• Other administrative responsibilities as assigned.

• High School Diploma
• 2 years of Recruiting/Customer Service experience, handling incoming calls and emails from candidates as well as making outbound calls to candidates.

• Experience answering high volume incoming phone calls.
• Clear communication skills.
• Microsoft office.
• Adeptness at using applicant tracking system software, such as Paycor and Salesforce.
