Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Cannabis Receptionist to join our dynamic team at our URB Cannabis Monroe location. As the first point of contact for our clients and customers, you will play a critical role in creating a welcoming and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warmly greet all guests and customers upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage the flow of customers in the reception area, ensuring timely service and a pleasant experience.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails, addressing customer queries and providing accurate information about our products and services.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, maintaining an organized calendar for the dispensary.
  • Verify customer identification and age in compliance with state and local regulations.
  • Maintain a neat and orderly front desk and waiting area, ensuring a clean and inviting environment.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks, including data entry and document organization.
  • Provide support to the dispensary staff with tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in a retail setting is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of cannabis products and industry regulations is highly preferred.
  • Comfortable answering customer inquiries both in-person and over the phone.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.
