Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicle systems including engine, transmission, brakes, and electrical components.
- Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and company quality standards.
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with service advisors and customers.
- Stay current with automotive technologies and industry best practices.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Automotive Master Certification or equivalent industry-recognized certification.
- Proven experience as an automotive technician with strong diagnostic and repair skills.
- Transmission diagnosis and repair specialty will pay a premium.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as a mentor to apprentice technicians.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Competitive flat rate pay rate of $30.00 - $45.00 per hour, paid weekly.
