Job Responsibilities
- Create a positive and inclusive environment for members checking in or seeking service at the front desk.
- Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.
- Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership
- Be knowledgeable of membership services and gym equipment to effectively inform members and answer any questions.
- Continuously sell membership services as part of their regular sales presentation
- Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
- Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility
