Set up and operate hemodialysis machines and initiate treatment according to prescribed orders.;
Monitor patients during dialysis and document vital signs, weight, and treatment parameters.;
Evaluate vascular access during treatment, perform cannulation, and administer heparin as delegated.;
Maintain a safe, clean environment and perform machine safety checks; enforce infection control.;
Participate in CQI activities and educate patients on adequacy measures.
