Flexible PRN schedule in a supportive care setting.

• Evaluate residents and develop customized therapy plans.
• Provide skilled speech-language services including communication, cognition, and swallowing interventions.
• Document progress and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers to support continued success.

• Active Michigan licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• SNF or geriatric experience preferred, but not required.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
