Therapy Management, Inc. (TMI) is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to support our therapy team at Wellspring Monroe in Monroe, MI.

This is a great opportunity for a OT looking for flexible PRN hours, a supportive rehab team, and the chance to make a meaningful impact with residents in a strong SNF therapy environment.

Wellspring Monroe has a well-established therapy program with strong collaboration between PT, OT, and SLP clinicians. The facility leadership values therapy and works closely with the rehab team to support patient‑centered care.

You’ll work with residents who truly benefit from therapy services, helping them regain mobility, independence, and quality of life.

• Large, well‑equipped therapy gym

• Current Michigan Occupational Therapist license
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• SNF experience preferred but not required
