Occupational Therapist (OT) – PRN – Wellspring Monroe | Monroe, MI – Skilled Nursing Facility

Therapy Management, Inc. (TMI) is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to support our therapy team at Wellspring Monroe in Monroe, MI.

This is a great opportunity for a OT looking for flexible PRN hours, a supportive rehab team, and the chance to make a meaningful impact with residents in a strong SNF therapy environment.

Wellspring Monroe has a well-established therapy program with strong collaboration between PT, OT, and SLP clinicians. The facility leadership values therapy and works closely with the rehab team to support patient-centered care.

You’ll work with residents who truly benefit from therapy services, helping them regain mobility, independence, and quality of life.

• Current Michigan Occupational Therapist license
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• SNF experience preferred but not required
