Call for Salary Rate - About the Opportunity
Tact Staff Edu is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a short-term assignment in Southern Michigan. This is a great opportunity for an SLP who enjoys working with young learners and wants to make a meaningful impact in an early childhood/Great Start program.
The assignment is available for an ASAP start through December 1, 2026, with an estimated caseload of 30–45 students.
Position Highlights- Short-term school-based assignment
- ASAP start through December 1, 2026
- Elementary school setting
- Early childhood / Great Start program
- Caseload of approximately 30–45 students
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school-based professionals
- Provide speech and language services based on student needs and IEP goals
- Participate in evaluations, progress monitoring, and IEP meetings as appropriate
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Michigan SLP licensure through LARA required
- ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Experience working with early childhood students is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work onsite in a school setting
