What You’ll Do In This RoleThe Physician Assistant (PA) plays a vital role in delivering compassionate, high-quality care to participants of Huron Valley PACE. As a key member of the interdisciplinary care team, the PA provides comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans that support the health, independence, and well-being of older adults. Working closely with participants, families, and healthcare professionals, the PA helps coordinate personalized, patient-centered care while ensuring clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and positive health outcomes under the guidance of the Medical Director.
