You will drive our mission forward by sourcing top talent, sparking interest in our open roles, and guiding new hires through a smooth and welcoming onboarding process.

• Find & Connect: Use your research skills to find and engage with talented individuals through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Collaborate: Partner with Recruiters to identify great applicants and coordinate the interview process.
• Welcome New Hires: Lead the way for new team members by facilitating orientations, processing onboarding paperwork, and ensuring all screenings are completed.
• Team Support: Contribute to our collective success by participating in the on-call rotation.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation to attend off-site recruitment events and travel to other offices in the region as needed
