A leading outdoor products company is seeking a dynamic Recruiting Coordinator for its Corporate Manufacturing Headquarters in Michigan. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for answering a high volume of calls and texts from candidates, reviewing applications, and scheduling interviews. Successful candidates will have a high school diploma, at least 2 years of recruiting or customer service experience, and outstanding attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems is preferred.
