We are seeking a Mobile Equipment Operator 2 to join our team. This position plays a key role in maintaining the university’s grounds by operating a variety of mobile and grounds-maintenance equipment.

One year of experience in mobile equipment operations.

• Operation of one or more of the types of equipment enumerated as a primary, regular, and recurring function of the job.
• Operates field tractors with power rating over 52 horsepower, tractors may be equipped with attachments such as bush hogs, belly attachments, blades, hoes, loaders, etc.
• Operates dump trucks with rated capacity over 6 yards.
• Provides guidance to oversee the work of lower graded operators and laborers in grounds.
• Oversees and assists with loading and unloading of vehicles.
