• Operate various pieces of heavy construction equipment
• Maintain housekeeping of plant and yard area
• Perform routine maintenance on construction equipment
• Be flexible with last‑minute schedule, location, and shift changes
• Provide overtime work as required
• Assist with all plant & site maintenance
• Cutting, welding, and fabricating (preferred skills)

• High School or General Education Diploma (GED)
• At least 1 year of operating construction equipment (preferred)

• Strict adherence to safety requirements, procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE) policies
• Working from heights during preventative maintenance schedule

• Understand and perform wheel loader operation to maintain a consistent material feed to the asphalt plant to meet production demands
• Manage stockpile to reduce moisture and material contamination

• Walking, standing, bending, twisting, sitting and lifting
• Lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs without assistance
• Work outdoors on a job site in extreme weather conditions
• Operate equipment under temperature extremes and for extended hours
