Monroe Environmental is seeking qualified candidates for a 2nd shift position from 4:45 PM to 1:15 AM, Monday to Friday. Ideal candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in welding or manufacturing, including skills in MIG, TIG, and blueprint reading.
Responsibilities include manufacturing finished metal products, installing and repairing various equipment, and ensuring weld quality. Candidates must be physically capable and familiar with welding tools and engineering schematics.
