Forklift Operator

TWB is seeking forklift operators for our Monroe, MI facility. The role involves transporting product within the plant and loading trucks using forklifts.

• Move material around plant using a forklift and/or crane for producing finishing, packaging, or shipping parts.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks throughout plant to ensure safe, efficient and quality production.
• Observe machine processing for proper functioning and production of parts.
• Load and unload the assigned machine and pack product for the forklift.
• Perform visual and/or manual inspection as needed.
• Complete required paperwork.
• Assist operator with set‑ups and running production as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Ability to frequently bend and stoop.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and exert moderate to heavy physical effort with a minimum lifting requirement of 50 pounds.
• Must be willing to travel as needed via the most efficient means.
• Must be physically able to access all areas of the plant and grounds.
• Must be available for work on any shift or shift rotation or work schedule as needed by the company.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Shift: 12‑hour shift (Continental Schedule) – 48 hours, 36 hours, 2‑on, 2‑off, 3‑on, 2‑off (rotating week to week).
