Manpower Group (USA) is helping a leading manufacturing organization seeking a Welder to join the team in Monroe, MI. You'll manufacture and fabricate metal products, follow blueprints, and support production and QA teams.
The role requires 3–5 years welding experience, familiarity with MIG/TIG/flux core, ability to read schematics, and physical stamina for standing and lifting up to 20-30 pounds. Monday–Friday schedule, 6am–4:30pm, with 45–55 hours weekly.
