** What's a typical day as a Production Supervisor - Material Handling? You'll be:*
* - Supervising 15-35 hourly UAW employees across all aspects of operation, including Inbound, Outbound, Cross-Dock, and Inventory.

- Delivering on key objectives such as Safety Metrics, Quality Metrics, Inventory Accuracy, and Process Improvements.

- Championing a strong UAW relationship by applying the Company Contract and motivating the workforce as required.

** This job might be an outstanding fit if you:*
* - Have a minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in a similar role.

- Possess exceptional oral and written communication skills and can maintain professionalism in challenging situations.

- Are proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
