Monroe, MI $18.50/Hr - Paid Weekly

We're looking for dependable Machine Operators to join a growing food manufacturing team. If you have experience operating packaging or production equipment in a food manufacturing environment and enjoy working in a fast-paced setting, we'd love to hear from you!

Schedule

• 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday | 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
• 4-day work week with 3-day weekends!

• Safely operate food manufacturing and packaging equipment
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining product quality
• Verify product weights and formulas for accuracy
• Complete production paperwork accurately and on time
• Follow all GMP, food safety, and company policies
• Make equipment adjustments as needed to ensure quality standards
• Report maintenance or food safety concerns immediately
• Train and assist team members on proper equipment operation
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• Previous experience operating packaging or production equipment in a food manufacturing environment is required
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
