Summary:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with Seacrest Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care to our residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, provide direct patient care, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital signs monitoring

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medication administration records, treatment plans, and progress notes

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes

• Participate in staff development and continuing education opportunities to stay current with best practices and industry developments

Requirements:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Michigan

• 0 years of experience, with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Commitment to maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

What We Offer:

• Base Hourly rate of $27 - $30 + $3.40 Hazard Pay + $2 Shift Differentials with Perfect Attendance

• Full Time Sign on Bonus of $6,000 & Part Time Sign on Bonus of $3,000 paid out beginning on your 2nd paycheck
