** is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (APP) - either an  
** Acute Care Certified*
* ** Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)**  - to join our healthcare team in Monroe, MI.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up across Pulmonary Critical Care services. Working independently and in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. The ideal candidate demonstrates clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to evidence-based practice.

+ Brand new practice will include 3 Pulmonary Critical Care Physicians and 2 APP's

+ Group will be based out of Monroe, MI

+ Nocturnist position working 7P-7A.

+ 7 on 7 off - 26 weeks per year

** Requirements:*
* + Master of Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing (DNP) degree for Nurse Practitioner applicants.

+ Acute Care Certification required for Nurse Practitioner candidates

+ Master's degree for Physician Assistant applicants.

+ Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state(s) where care is provided.

+ Certificate of Authority to practice.

+ Current American Heart Association (AHA) certification(s) applicable to your role (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS,

+ etc.).

+ Commitment to ongoing continuing medical education (CME) and professional development.
