Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Seacrest Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Monroe, Michigan. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care while working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
Shifts Offered:
Night Shift: 7pm-7am
PRN
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse population, including those with complex medical and rehabilitation needs
Develop and implement individualized care plans, coordinate with interdisciplinary team members, and ensure effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare providers
Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with established protocols
Monitor and record patient vital signs, lab results, and other relevant data to inform treatment decisions
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, peer review, and educational programs to stay current with best practices and industry standards
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and achieve optimal patient outcomes
Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and respect for patients, families, and colleagues, promoting a positive and supportive work environment
Requirements:
Current Michigan State Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
0 years of experience; recent graduates welcome to apply!
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients, as well as work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
What We Offer:
Base Hourly rate: $36 - $38.5 + $3.40 Hazard Pay + $2 Shift Differentials with Perfect Attendance
Full Time Sign on Bonus of $10,000 & Part Time Sign on Bonus of $5,000 paid out beginning on your 2nd paycheck
