Registered Nurse
MI License in hand. Float to Hickman as needed. Must have a teamwork approach and meet Pro Medica behavioral expectations. Must be able to adhere to call off policy - strongly enforced. Mixed unit PCU, Med Surg/Tele and Med Surg. Avg. daily census 19-25 rooms, 25 beds. Patient age group - adults and geriatrics. Staffing ratios 1:6 all shifts. Within acute care service line, floating also to 2 South and 4 North Acute Care units.
Float to ICU for intermediate care type patients not quite ready to come out of ICU when needed. Will float to other areas as needed and will be given an assignment appropriate to experience and scope of practice including ER and Behavioral Health.
