Freedom at Home is seeking licensed practical nurses (LPNs) to join our growing home health team in Michigan/OH. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN options, with excellent pay, paid mileage, and flexible scheduling.
You will provide skilled nursing visits in patients' homes under supervision of an RN and document care accurately. Qualified candidates have an LPN license, CPR, and at least one year of LPN experience;
Ohio licensure is preferred.
