Oversee a team of front-of-store Associates, ensuring prompt, courteous customer service and promotion of loyalty programs;
Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and personalize the customer experience;
Assign registers and coordinate breaks to ensure POS coverage;
Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a positive store environment;
Ensure tasks are executed according to store plan and communicate priorities to management and staff
