Assist the Store Team Leader with managing payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and related reports to meet financial and operational goals;
Ensure that front-end standards, Redbook compliance, and company programs meet operational expectations;
Maintain the front-end, entrance, and exterior of the building; ensure Associates are given daily tasks and are productive;
Provide support for the Door to Floor process and merchandising initiatives;
Lead monthly safety meetings with store Associates and assess changes from the meetings
