Responsibilities
  • Sell Genius® and other payment solutions to small and mid-sized businesses in restaurant, retail, and service sectors
  • Develop and manage a consistent sales pipeline through prospecting and local networking
  • Deliver consultative presentations to illustrate how Genius® can enhance business operations and customer loyalty
  • Collaborate with District Manager to identify opportunities and close sales efficiently
  • Maintain accurate tracking of sales activities and client communications using Atlas and Salesforce
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or merchant services
  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for both in-person and virtual sales
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to spend at least 75% of time in the field
  • Must be 18 years or older and reside within the geographic area of the posting
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with the restaurant or retail industries
  • High energy, self-motivated, and competitive nature with a drive to exceed sales targets
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
