Outside Sales Representative (B2B Facility Services) – Detroit, MI
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities and growing revenue throughout your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities- Generate new business opportunities through B2B sales outreach
- Prospect and develop leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across healthcare, hospitality, office, industrial, and educational facilities
- Meet with decision‑makers and present customized facility service solutions
- Conduct facility walkthroughs and identify client needs
- Partner with operations teams to prepare estimates and proposals
- Attend networking events and industry functions to expand market presence
- Consistently manage and exceed sales goals and revenue targets
- Maintain strong follow‑up and relationship‑building practices to secure long‑term accounts
- Loves prospecting and opening new doors
- Has a strong hunter mentality
- Is confident making cold calls and generating leads
- Enjoys building relationships and closing deals
- Is self‑motivated, competitive, and goal‑driven
- Wants to grow with a company that rewards results
- Takes ownership of their success and performance
- 5+ years of outside B2B sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of generating new business and closing deals
- Strong cold‑calling, prospecting, and business development skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building abilities
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage a sales territory
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, goal‑driven environment
