Home Improvement Sales Consultant

Home Genius Exteriors seeks a Home Improvement Sales Consultant to drive in-home sales of roofing, siding, windows, doors, and related exterior projects. You'll run company-provided and self-generated leads, inspect homes, educate homeowners on solutions, prepare detailed proposals, and close deals. Work closely with operations to ensure accurate scopes and a smooth customer experience. Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with residential customers to assess exterior home improvement needs
• Educate homeowners on roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters, and insulation options and benefits
• Prepare accurate measurements, scopes of work, and detailed written proposals
• Present financing and pricing options and close sales to meet or exceed targets
• Manage and follow up on company-provided and self-generated leads using CRM tools
• Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure jobs are sold accurately
• Maintain high levels of customer communication and satisfaction throughout the sales process
• Attend ongoing product and sales training to stay current on best practices
• Represent Home Genius Exteriors professionally and uphold company values in the field
