Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a utilities location.;
Operate access control post duties including verifying identification, managing sign-in and/or sign-out logs, issuing visitor credentials, and directing visitors to authorized areas.;
Monitor entry and exit points using security-related technology and manual checks, reporting irregular activity and/or access concerns according to site procedures.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating notifications and documenting actions taken.;
Complete required reports and logs such as access activity, incident reports, and shift handoff notes, and communicate pertinent information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
