Pro Medica Security Officers ensure the safety of patients, visitors, and employees while monitoring facilities. Officers regulate and control all traffic, parking enforcement, and traffic control when needed.
They investigate accidents and incidents and may restrain combative patients as required. Successful candidates will complete the Basic Security Officer Certification through IAHSS within six months of starting, with a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license.
