Security Officer Utility

Position: Security Officer Utility Company
Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, contractors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a utility-services location.;
Monitor access points and verify authorization for entry, including reviewing identification, visitor logs, and contractor documentation in accordance with site procedures.;
Control access to restricted areas by issuing, collecting, and documenting credentials, keys, badges, and/or visitor passes as assigned.;
Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting activities.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, facilities, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized entry and identify security-related concerns.
