Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Spray Foam Technician / Insulation Specialist to join our growing team. This position is for an experienced professional with strong air sealing expertise
, spray foam equipment experience
, and a proven background in spray foam installation, insulation removal, and blown-in insulation
.

Candidates with estimating experience or the ability to assist with measurements, takeoffs, and job scoping will qualify for top-tier pay
.

Key Responsibilities

• Install open-cell and closed-cell spray foam insulation safely and efficiently

• Perform advanced air sealing (rim joists, penetrations, top plates, crawlspaces, attics, basements)

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and clean spray foam rigs and proportioning equipment

• Complete full jobsite preparation
  , including masking, ventilation setup, and surface protection

• Perform insulation removal (fiberglass, cellulose, damaged or contaminated materials)

• Install blown-in insulation to proper depth and density

• Assist with job measurements, takeoffs, and estimating when required

• Follow all safety protocols, including PPE usage and ventilation standards

• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites

• Communicate clearly with team members, supervisors, and customers

• Load, unload, and maintain materials, tools, and equipment

• Ability to operate pick-up truck attached with trailer

Required Qualifications

• 3–10+ years of hands-on spray foam and insulation experience

• Strong experience in:

  • Air sealing

  • Spray foam equipment operation

  • Job prep and masking

  • Insulation removal

  • Blown-in insulation

• Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and confined spaces

• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Professional attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail

Preferred (Top Pay Consideration)

• Estimating or job scoping experience

• Leadership or lead technician experience

• OSHA or safety certifications

• Residential, multifamily, or light commercial experience
