Position: Medical Equipment (DME) Service Technician/Driver (Monroe, MI)

Salary Range: $19.00 - $21.00 Hourly

The Service Technician is a driving position responsible for delivery, set up, pick up and troubleshooting of Durable Medical Equipment (DME).

Job Duties
  • Deliver and install Medical Equipment in a safe and timely manner.
  • Operate a company-owned 16’ Box Truck safely.
  • Instruct patients, family members, and caregivers on equipment functions while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Perform minor repairs and equipment troubleshooting while in the field.
  • Thoroughly and accurately complete all orders on a proprietary web‑based inventory management system.
Shift Information

Service Technician candidates must be willing/able to work overtime hours, as well as be available for rotating on‑call shifts, which include weekends and evenings.

The Monroe warehouse is located at 1040 Huber Drive, Monroe, MI 48162.

Sign‑On Bonus

Qualifications
  • High School Degree or G.E.D.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and have possessed a Driver’s License for a minimum of 5 years.
  • 2+ years of delivery and/or healthcare experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift an average of 50 pounds and perform strenuous work.
  • Basic phone and computer skills.
  • Ability to receive and maintain a DOT Medical Examiner’s Card.
  • Must possess a clean driving record and criminal background clean.
  • Candidate will be subject to a pre‑employment drug screen as a condition of employment.
