Class A CDL Truck Drivers with hazmat and tanker endorsement run dedicated cryogenic account that pays a daily salary, has great home time along with fantastic benefits. If you do not have cryogenic experience that is no problem since training is offered.

You don’t have to have cryogenic experience, but you must have your tanker and hazmat at time of application to qualify.

• First year pay ranges from $85-$106K. Drivers start at $300.30/Day with an increase of $3/Day every six months up to $324/Day. If you are willing to train new hires in cryogenics then you will earn another $100/Day.
• Training is “shadow” training: you run your truck and your trainer runs theirs. Drivers are paid $125/Day and receive a $1000 bonus at the end of training. Drivers are assigned their truck (all 579 Petes with automatic) and there is no slip seating.
• Full benefits start after 60 days and include one week vacation in the first 52 weeks, great medical coverage, and 401K with matching.
• Driver will run dedicated regional or local accounts and must be willing to operate in all 48 states. Drivers cannot opt out of any region.
• When it is time to go home for a 7‑day break, the company will pay for your flight home and back. If you are within 200 miles of home, you will drive home. Drivers are out 21 days and home a maximum of 7 days; you may stay home less than 7 days or stay out longer than 21 days, but the maximum home time per stay is 7 days unless you take allotted vacation.
• If you are not willing to fly, the company will not be able to hire you.
• If you have any felonies of any kind, you are ineligible for hire.
• If you have ever failed or refused a DOT drug test (regardless of whether you have completed SAP), you are not eligible.

• Must have at least one year of OTR or regional driving in the last three years.
• You do not have to have tanker or cryogenic experience, but you must have your X endorsement at the time of application.
• Relatively clean MVR.
• No more than five Class A CDL driving jobs in the last five years.
