We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Quality Assurance Administrative Assistant to support our Quality Assurance and Quality Control team in Monroe, New Jersey

Contract
Pay Rate: $18/hr
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
As a Quality Assurance Administrative Assistant, your primary responsibility is to provide administrative support to the Quality Assurance and Quality Control department and assist in maintaining and improving quality control processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to established quality standards, documentation requirements, and regulatory compliance. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask will be essential in maintaining efficient administrative operations within the Quality Assurance function.
Key Responsibilities- Accurately scan and file-controlled documentation, maintaining both hard copy and electronic records.
- Prepare and submit PO Requisition s and Completion forms for invoices; route to Purchasing and Accounting.
- Support the Quality Department with light data entry and additional administrative requests.
- Place orders for departmental needs and prepare Accounts Payable documentation.
- Partner with R&D Innovation to edit or create PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, and Word documents.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior administrative experience required; experience with technical or controlled documentation systems preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with strong overall Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills.
- Skilled in the use of standard office equipment (photocopier, scanner, etc.).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively while following direction.
- Dependable, with discretion in handling confidential information and adherence to company policy.
