Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is hiring full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at one of our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Clementon, NJ area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.

• Assistant Manager: support the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely, and effectively; enforce established policies, procedures, and standards; schedule mechanics/technicians; manage outside orders; ensure the quality and timely completion of jobs; meet customer expectations; and maintain team safety.
• Service Manager: assist customers with tire selections and recommend necessary under-car repair services; direct the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians, and Tire Technicians; stage vehicle repair/maintenance work; communicate with customers to assess needs; provide information on repairs and maintenance; ensure customer satisfaction and strive to meet customer expectations; drive sales initiatives.

To be eligible for the position of Automotive Assistant / Service Manager, you must: (1) be at least 18 years of age; (2) be legally authorized to work in the United States; and (3) possess one of the following (i) 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, (ii) 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or (iii) any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
