As a Management Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training across multiple departments

• Support daily operations in sales and product management teams.
• Participate in a 2-month rotation training program to gain exposure to multiple functions and build cross-departmental skills.
• Learn to analyze market and customer data to support business decision-making.
• Handle multiple tasks and projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with teams across the US and internationally.

• Graduation: Within the last 3 years (recent graduates or near-graduates).
• Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the US; familiarity with US culture is a plus.

  Must understand Chinese. Strong Chinese skills are a plus. Native English proficiency is a plus.
• Education: Relevant majors preferred (Business, Marketing, International Trade, Supply Chain, Data Analysis, etc.).
• Core Competencies: Strong logical thinking and communication skills; able to work independently and complete tasks efficiently.
• Experience & Interest: No prior industry experience required; a strong interest in overseas sales and product management is essential. Short-term work or internship experience, especially in startups, is a plus.
