We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our North American team and play a key role in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of B2B eCommerce clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted logistics partner.
  • Lead client onboarding, service adoption, and ongoing account support to ensure long-term success.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Technology, Sales, and internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Monitor fulfillment performance, analyze operational data, identify potential issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct regular client business reviews, provide performance insights, and maintain proactive communication with key stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for service expansion and support client growth through value-added solutions.
What You’ll Need
  • 2+ years experience in customer success, account management, warehouse operations or logistics operations (3PL/eCommerce preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to simplify complex logistics topics for clients.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience with logistics platforms, WMS, or order management systems is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, or business.
