Dining Assistant - Monroe - Per diem - $19.25 hourly rate - The area's highest quality nursing care residence providing a warm and compassionate environment in a state-of-the-art community. 2 shifts per month, 6:00am - 2:00pm including one weekend monthly.

Responsibilities: Ensure the highest quality and standards of meals are professionally presented and served with excellent customer service.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED
• Experience as wait staff or host/hostess/captain
• Skill and experience with geriatric and/or Dementia residents, preferred
• Ability to read, write, and be understood in the English language
• Flu vaccination required during flu season

Parker at Monroe provides nursing and memory care services to individuals with all stages of dementias, who may also have complex physical needs.

The campus consists of six “small homes”; sixteen elders with similar needs reside in each small home. The homes and programs are designed to promote independence, dignity, and a sense of community among our elders and their care partners.
