We're seeking a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist with a strong interest in orthopedics, neurology, or upper-extremity rehabilitation who thrives in an integrated, team-based environment. If you're driven to help patients regain strength, restore function, and return to meaningful daily activities with confidence — this is where you belong.

Experience or interest in custom splinting, functional movement retraining, and upper-extremity rehab programs.

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical conditions
• Develop and implement personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans
• Apply manual therapy and evidence-based interventions for optimal outcomes, supported by Recover Pro's hybrid cash-pay and insurance model — giving you more time per patient and fewer rigid session caps
• Collaborate with our in-house team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, and chiropractors
• Educate patients on adaptive strategies, ergonomic principles, and home exercise programs
• Help patients restore independence in both work and daily living activities
• Guide patients through both cash-pay and insurance-based care options, helping them see the value in each path
• Confidently present treatment plans and pricing, guiding patients to commit to the care that gets them real results
• Represent Recover Pro at community and wellness events

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the State of New Jersey
• PAMS Certified (or willing to obtain within 90 days)
• Strong manual therapy and patient-centered care skills
• Comfortable discussing cost, value, and commitment to care — case acceptance is part of the role
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Passion for continuous learning, mentorship, and innovation
• Motivated to build and contribute to a high-performance, multi-disciplinary practice
