Guest Services Concierge — Hospitality at Plan Community

Springpoint Senior Living, Inc. is seeking courteous Full-Time and Part-Time Concierges to join the Monroe Village team. The Concierges provide exceptional hospitality as the first point of contact for all visitors, responding to calls and inquiries from residents and staff.

Responsibilities include managing communications and emergency calls, routing work orders, and ensuring resident confidentiality.
