Job Summary

Position Title: Production Associate

Location: Monroe, NJ

Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour

Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday - Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

As a Production Associate in Monroe, you will join a team that keeps production flowing. You will load materials, check quality, and help meet daily goals. Bring a good attitude and a strong work ethic, and let Staffmark handle the rest.

• Operate and set up bindery and finishing equipment, including paper cutters, folders, collators, drill punches, numbering machines, padding presses, and poly wrapping machines to meet production specifications.
• Read and interpret work orders, job tickets, and production instructions to ensure accurate execution of printing, bindery, and fulfillment projects.
• Perform ongoing quality control inspections throughout the production process, verifying work against customer specifications and departmental quality standards.
• Complete packaging, counting, kitting, fulfillment, shipping, and receiving activities, preparing finished products for distribution and delivery.
• Maintain equipment readiness, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure production goals are met while adhering to safety, quality, and cost‑efficiency standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, assist with changing production priorities, and demonstrate flexibility to work overtime or adjusted schedules as business needs require.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic math and reading skills.

• Entry level.
• Previous printing, bindery, production, warehouse, or shipping experience is preferred but not required.
