We are looking for a confident and clinically strong Nurse Practitioner with an interest in wellness-based and medical services
, including IV therapy, hormone optimization, and recovery-focused care, who thrives in an innovative, team-oriented environment. If you’re passionate about helping patients feel better, perform better, and improve long-term health outcomes, this is where you belong.

Experience in IV therapy, hormone optimization (TRT), wellness medicine, or pain-related care.

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients receiving wellness and recovery-based medical services
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and follow-up visits
• Administer and oversee IV therapy protocols
• Support TRT and hormone optimization programs under physician guidance
• Order, review, and interpret labs and diagnostic testing related to wellness care
• Collaborate with our in-house team of physicians, chiropractors, therapists, and recovery specialists
• Educate patients on treatment plans, protocols, and long-term health strategies
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and contribute clinical expertise
• Support the overall patient experience through empathy, communication, and clinical excellence

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner in the State of New Jersey
• National Nurse Practitioner Certification (AANP or ANCC)
• 1+ years of outpatient or wellness-related clinical experience preferred
• Experience or strong interest in IV therapy, hormone optimization, or wellness medicine
• Excellent clinical judgment and patient communication skills
• Team-oriented, coachable, and passionate about growth and innovation
• Ability to thrive in a high-performance, collaborative environment

• Salary: $110,000 – $140,000 annually
