Certified Nurse’s Assistant (CNA) – Full time – $22.90 - $31.53 hourly rate (depending on experience) – The area’s highest quality nursing care residence providing a warm and compassionate environment in a state‑of‑the‑art community. Shift: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm, including every other weekend.

Provide nursing and memory care services to residents across all stages of dementia and complex physical needs at Parker at Monroe nursing care residence.

• Certified Nurse’s Assistant (CNA) certification from the New Jersey Department of Health & Senior Services, in good standing.
• High School graduate or GED required.
• Ability to deal with others in a diplomatic, tactful, and confidential manner.
• Ability to read, write, and be understood in the English language.
• Flu vaccine required during flu season.

The Monroe Township residence provides nursing and memory care services to individuals with all stages of dementia, who may also have complex physical needs. The campus consists of six “small homes”; sixteen elders with similar needs reside in each small home.
